Travesia Greens

Quebraditas Coffee Farm is a family-owned specialty coffee project rooted in Oporapa, Huila, within the Colombian Macizo—one of the world’s most respected coffee-growing regions—where generations of hands-on experience meet precision-driven production. Cultivated at 1,600–1,850 m.a.s.l., the farm manages 18 hectares dedicated to both traditional and exotic coffee varieties, focusing on microlot production with distinctive, consistent, and replicable sensory profiles. Through controlled fermentations, thermal shock protocols, and selected yeast inoculation—combined with organic soil management, strategic shade, and long-term ecosystem conservation—each lot expresses a clearly defined identity and high market potential. Coffees are harvested by experienced local producers and meticulously hand-selected, ensuring full traceability with complete data on altitude, process, harvest date, and cup profile, while generating a positive social impact within the community. Designed to offer creative freedom in roasting and menu development, these green coffees deliver competitive SCA scores and outstanding cup clarity. Exported to the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Quebraditas green coffees are now available in Canada through Travesía Greens, the official distributor, connecting roasters and coffee professionals with exclusive access to traceable microlots and long-term partnerships that elevate brand value and consistency across markets.
