By using our website travesiaroasters.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before ordering or subscribing.

Ordering & Roasting Schedule

We roast coffee every Friday to guarantee freshness.
Orders are collected throughout the week and added to our Friday roasting schedule.

  • Orders placed before Friday, 5:00 p.m. EST will be roasted that same Friday.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday will be included in the next week’s roast (unless you get lucky and we can fit you in!).

This approach ensures that every bag you receive is roasted fresh, just for you.

Shipping Policy

  • All coffee is shipped within 1 to 3 days after roasting.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
  • We currently sell only 250g bags.

Travesía Roasters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Product Availability

Our coffees are roasted in small batches, and availability may vary.
If a coffee becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll contact you to offer:

  • A replacement of similar value, or
  • A full refund.

Subscriptions

Our Monthly Coffee Subscription is designed for those who appreciate quality, variety, and convenience.
Each month, you’ll receive a curated selection of our finest small-batch-roasted coffees, delivered right to your door.

How It Works

  1. Choose your subscription plan (2 or 3 bags per month).
  2. Select if it’s for yourself or as a gift.
  3. We’ll roast your coffee fresh and ship it directly after each roast cycle.

Subscription Perks

  • First Access: Enjoy exclusive access to subscription-only coffees, handpicked by our roasting team.
  • Free Shipping (Toronto): Subscribers in Toronto enjoy free shipping.
  • For customers in the GTA, a flat $10 CAD shipping fee applies.
  • 10% Discount: Save 10% on any additional coffee you order during the month.

Additional Orders

  • If you order extra coffee on the same week as your subscription shipment, it will be shipped together at no extra cost.
  • If you place an additional order outside your subscription schedule, standard shipping rates apply.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us at [your email address].Please make changes at least 5 days before your next billing date to ensure they take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments for subscriptions are processed automatically on your renewal date.If your payment fails, we’ll notify you so you can update your information.

Returns & Refunds

Because our coffee is a fresh food product, we cannot accept returns once it has been shipped.
However, if you receive the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Gift subscriptions and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.Each promotion or discount may have its own specific terms — please check the details at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on travesiaroasters.com — including images, logos, text, and designs — is owned by Travesía Roasters and protected by copyright and trademark laws.You may not use or reproduce our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to provide high-quality products and service, Travesía Roasters is not liable for:

  • Delays, damages, or losses once the package has been handed to the carrier,
  • Allergic reactions or brewing results,
  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products or website.

Your use of our website and products is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
