We establish close and direct relationships with Colombian coffee growers to source our quality coffee. Each coffee is selected through a meticulous process involving green coffee analysis, moisture content testing, sample roasting, and several cupping sessions.
What does small-batch roasting means?
Small batches mean we roast only a limited amount of coffee at a time. This allows us to focus on each batch individually, carefully controlling the roasting process to ensure the highest quality and most consistent flavours in every cup.
Are your coffees wholebean or ground?
By default, our coffees are packed wholebean, to ensure the freshness and quality of our coffee.
Do you have recommended brewing recipes?
Yes, we have a brew guide designed for home brewers using common equipment. These recipes are a great starting point, but you may need to tweak them based on your preferences and external factors. How long do I have to degas or wait to brew my coffee after the Roast Date?
We recommend brewing your coffee between 3 to 5 days after roasting to allow the beans to rest. For our Deep Pleasure (Geisha Variety) we discovered that its flavours intensify significantly starting from the 10th day after roasting!
How long does coffee last?
While coffee is safe to consume up to a year later, we suggest enjoying it within 1 month of the roast date for the best flavour.
What are the shipping details for your products?
We offer free shipping on subscriptions within Toronto GTA, and around 30% discount on the shipping fee for Ontario, Quebec and other provinces within Canada. The delivery is typically within 1-2 business days after each renewal. Renewals occur monthly on the same day you initially signed up, ensuring a steady supply of your favourite beans.

How do I adjust or update my subscription?
You can change or cancel your subscription anytime and free of charge. Make sure to cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Once you cancel, feel free to choose any other subscription you are interested in.
